Eligibility

Open to all artists and craftspeople selling their own work. Each booth is limited to 2

mediums. Demonstration of crafts is encouraged where space permits.

Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting necessary sales taxes.

Fees

All spaces are $125.00 for the weekend.

Camper or RV electrical hookup is available by advance permission only, at a cost of

$10.00. Limited spaces available.

Festival registration fees are only refundable until June 1, 2022.

Space Availability 

~200 Vendor Spaces Available- Electricity is available in very limited areas


Dining Hall – Tables and chairs provided. Tables are 30” x 8’. Crafters may bring

display equipment for use on or behind tables.


Beer Hall – Spaces are 10’ deep x 10’ long. Bring all necessary equipment.


Bingo Shelter – Spaces are 9’ deep x 11’ long. Bring all necessary equipment.


Outside booths –Spaces are 10’ x 10’. No electricity available.


Vendor Setup Times

Thursday September 19th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for Dining and Beer Halls only


Friday, September 20th from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.


Saturday, September 21st from 6:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m.

Vendor Compliance

Failure to comply with festival guidelines will affect future participation.


- Booths MUST stay open until the very end of the show each day regardless of weather

conditions. Packing your booth early sends the message to customers that the show is

over and shopping is done.


- Trailers/vehicles must remain in designated parking until festival closing.


- Come prepared. Booths should be designed to handle all kinds of weather. In the event

of inclement weather, the Festival Committee will determine the appropriate actions to be

taken.


- Spaces may not be shared with any non-applicants.

Jury Procedure for New Applicants

New applicants must (1) complete registration form, (2) mail full payment and 3 photos,

one for each medium and one showing the booth display. You will be notified as soon as

possible and those not accepted will have checks and photos returned


No commercially produced merchandise, imports, kits, pressed design shirts, buy/sell or wholesale items.


All new applicants will be reviewed by the committee.
