Eligibility
Open to all artists and craftspeople selling their own work. Each booth will be limited to 2 media.
Items not accepted
No commercially produced merchandise, imports, kits, pressed design shirts, buy/sell or wholesale items. Do not bring crafts for which you were not juried. If you have questions about your items, call us.
Jury Procedure
All applicants who did not exhibit in the 2011 show must enclose 2 photos of your work; We will keep these photos in our files. You will be notified as soon as possible. Those not accepted will have checks and photos returned. Directions to festival and lodging information will be provided upon request.
Fees
All spaces are $90.00 for the weekend. No one-day reservations will be taken. Electricity is available in very limited areas. Camper or RV electrical hookup is available by advance permission only, at a cost of $10.00.
200 Craft Spaces Available
Dining Hall - 57 spaces. Tables and chairs provided. Tables are 30” x 8’. Crafters may bring display equipment for use on or behind tables.
Beer Hall - 17 spaces. Spaces are 10’ deep x 10’ long. Bring all necessary equipment.
Bingo Shelter - 11 spaces. Spaces are 9’ deep x 11’ long. Bring all necessary equipment.
Outside booths - 115 spaces (most on grass, some on blacktop). Spaces are 10’ x 10’ or 10’ x 12’. Shelters over 10’ x 12’ must pay for additional space. No electricity available. Indicate shelter size on registration form.
Setup Times
Friday, September 15th from 10:00am until 7:00pm.
Saturday, September 16th from 6:30am until 9:30am
Special Notes
Pre-registrations for participating vendors of the 2011 show will be accepted for the 2012 show throughout the 2 days of the festival at the information booth located near the entrance to the dining hall. Subsequently many spaces fill quickly, especially inside spaces. The only spaces guaranteed for the 2012 show are those that have been prepaid by the crafter in 2012. Your prepaid space number may change due to elimination or addition of spaces. Return registration form by April 30, 2012. The festival committee reserves the option for placement of craft spaces. As of 2010 all new crafters are limited to 2 spaces. Vendors who have 3 spaces will be permitted to keep them.
Applications will be accepted until all 200 spaces are filled.
Demonstration of crafts is encouraged where space permits.
Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting necessary sales taxes.
Booths must stay open each day until closing time.
Festival registration fees are only refundable until June 1, 2012.
Failure to notify us in advance in the event of a cancellation will affect your future participation.
